Hotel Santo Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe

The hotel offers good facilities with a view, but around 70% of it is covered with concrete. The room was not as modernized as shown in the pictures, but had all the necessary amenities. The price seemed fair for what was provided.

While the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city and offers good facilities, the rooms were not as modernized as depicted in the pictures and had a view mostly obstructed by concrete. However, the rooms were equipped with all necessary amenities and had very good facilities.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although well-equipped and boasting a view, were not as modern as depicted in the pictures and somewhat lacked the promised facilities. However, the service was exceptional, especially at our arrival for guarantee and during check-out. The location was superb, right in the center of Karlsruhe and only a short walk to the city center. Dining offered some gluten-free options, but the quality was not outstanding. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
